Plateau United are reported to be closing in on a deal to appoint veteran tactician Gbenga Ogunbote as their new technical adviser.
Ogunbote as been without a club since he left Shooting Stars at the end of the 2024-25 Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, season.
The experienced tactician profile is said to be suitable for Plateau United, who have struggled this season
According to reports, Ogunbote is reported to be favoured by the incoming club chairman, Alhassan Yakmut.
Young tactician, Oluwasola Adegun struggled to steady the performance of the Peace Boys in the first stanza.
Rangers tactician Fidelis Ilechukwu has also been linked to the position.
