Yeankeyz set to release debut EP ‘Evolve or Dissolve’

…as hidden architect finally claims his throne 

After years of working behind the scenes as a creative force shaping the sound and direction of modern music, Nigerian-born creative strategist and brand architect, Yeankeyz, is stepping into the spotlight with his first-ever EP, ‘Evolve or Dissolve’, scheduled for release on December 25, 2025.

In a statement issued by his media office, Yeankeyz, whose real name is Mayowa Adeyinka Orenuga, said he is no stranger to the industry, even if many listeners are meeting him for the first time.

“You don’t know me. But the people you celebrate do. They know my name,” he said, hinting at his long-running influence behind chart-topping stars and global projects.

According to the statement, the forthcoming EP marks more than a debut—it represents “an unveiling, a declaration, and a long-awaited coronation” for a man who has helped shape countless artistic visions across continents. Known as a consultant, strategist, and brand shaper, Yeankeyz has contributed to projects that defined an era, often without public credit.

“He has watched the music landscape evolve, observed artists rise and transform, and seen his own ideas ignite global trends. Now, he is stepping forward “intentionally and unapologetically,” carrying what he describes as the truth of someone who has nothing left to prove.

“I’ve built empires in silence. Now I’m building mine in the open,” he said.

The statement described ‘Evolve or Dissolve’ as the work of an industry veteran whose artistic journey predates his first official release. 

The EP blends Afrofusion, afrobeats, soul influences and experimental rhythms to craft what is termed a “cinematic, atmospheric, and emotionally piercing” sound.

The project, it added, reflects the joy, hustle, pain, and progress that have shaped Yeankeyz’s evolution, with each track offering a piece of his personal story. It is positioned as the sound of an artist who draws from the wisdom of older generations while embracing the fearlessness of Gen Z.

“It is a testimony,” the statement noted. “Every beat feels like a confession. Every lyric feels like a rebirth.”

Beyond music, Yeankeyz’s debut is framed as a message to the industry—an insistence that the creators who build culture behind the scenes deserve recognition. 

For the first time, the creative architect is telling his story “not behind someone else’s spotlight… but with full clarity and ownership.”

With the release of ‘Evolve or Dissolve’, Yeankeyz is described as closing the chapter of being the hidden mastermind and stepping into a new era where he shapes his own narrative.

Arriving on Christmas Day 2025, the EP is expected to come with world-class visuals, immersive storytelling, and a rollout designed like a global campaign—an approach consistent with Yeankeyz’s reputation for precision and innovation.

According to the statement, the creative force “didn’t come to participate. He came to stamp. To certify. To evolve.”
