AFCON 2025: Super Eagles train behind closed doors ahead Mozambique showdown

The Super Eagles will train behind closed doors again on Saturday (today) as they intensify preparations for the clash with the Mambas of Mozambique, DAILY POST reports.

Head coach Éric Chelle barred the  media from the team’s training on Thursday and Friday.

The Malian has also decided that his team will train behind closed doors again tonight, according to camp sources.

The media will however have assess to the first 15 minutes of the team’s training session on Sunday.

Nigeria will take on Mozambique in a 2025 Africa Cup of Nations Round of 16 fixture on Monday.

The encounter slated for the Complexe Sportif de Fès will kick-off at 8pm Nigerian time.
