Abia Warriors secured a 1–0 victory over Plateau United at the New Jos Stadium. Taheer Abubakar scored the winning goal in the 68th minute.
In Owerri, Kun Khalifat were defeated 1–0 by Katsina United. It was Katsina United’s first away win of the season, with Richard Christopher’s 36th-minute strike separating the teams.
At the Samson Siasia Stadium, Yenagoa, Bayelsa United lost 1–0 to El-Kanemi Warriors. Sadiq Mohammed scored the winning goal for El-Kanemi on the stroke of 45 minutes.
