Being good doesn’t guarantee success — Tacha

Reality TV star Natacha Akide has sparked conversation online after stating that being a good person does not necessarily guarantee success in life.

Tacha made the remark during a recent interview shared on social media, where she spoke about the realities of navigating life, career growth and public perception.

According to her, many people believe that being kind or morally upright automatically leads to success, but the real world often operates differently.

She said “that while being good is important, it does not always translate to opportunities or achievements”.

The former Big Brother Naija housemate stressed that success often requires resilience, strategy and the ability to push through challenges.

Tacha also encouraged young people not to become discouraged when their efforts or good intentions are not immediately rewarded. She advised them to remain focused on their goals and continue working hard despite setbacks.

Her statement has since generated mixed reactions online, with some agreeing with her perspective on the realities of success, while others insist that integrity and consistency still play a key role in long-term achievements.

The outspoken influencer has remained one of the most talked about personalities to emerge from Big Brother Naija, often sharing her views on personal growth, business and life experiences
